Huddles Rooms are small meeting rooms in which teams of 2 to 6 people can easily work together. A Huddle Room is equipped to instantly start meetings about many different topics and may include brainstorm sessions or project meetings. Using video communication, users within the Huddle Room can easily connect to customers, partners or colleagues at external locations. This positively influences the productivity and creativity of all staff members involved. Consequently, Huddle Rooms are a perfect addition to traditional meeting rooms!

A Huddle Room normally consists of a small conference table, comfortable chairs, a large (interactive) monitor, a camera and a video conferencing system or high-end software such as Zoom. The web-camera in the room ensures that all participants of the meeting are properly visible on the monitor. The smart Zoom software makes Huddle Rooms excellently suitable for presentations, webinars, job interviews and emergency situations. Even hosting wireless presentations based on the ‘bring your own device’ concept is easy, to present the subject matter to the people present within the Huddle Room or at external locations.
Huddle Rooms are easy to use and can be easily connected with other Huddle Rooms. This increases optimal usage of the available rooms.
